We Ranked as the 6th Highest Technical Agency in Econsultancy’s Top 100 Digital Agencies Report. Here’s what CEO Alan Walsh has to say

Last month Amido debuted on Econsultancy’s Top 100 Digital Agencies Report, coming in as the 6th highest ranking technical consultancy, 56th overall, and I couldn’t be more delighted.

There have been many factors that have contributed to Amido’s increasing growth and success over the last few years, but our driver at the centre of it all has always been our people. Ranking so well as a new entry is a testament to that.

As a vendor-agnostic consultancy specializing in cloud-first transformation we are a technical agency, but we are a people business at heart. We sell smart people, who engineer with integrity, to help our clients with complex real world problems.

The digital agency landscape is slowly changing for the better, organisations are now realising that if they want quality engineering delivered, they need to work with more specialist technical agencies and start to move away from the global, generalist systems integrators that have previously dominated.

As one of the few successful independent agencies, this change in the marketplace has afforded us the chance to pose a real threat to the big dogs in the industry. Over the last three years we have experienced significant, sustainable growth meaning not only have we worked with national private brands like Addison Lee and Global, as well as globally recognized organisations like ASOS, CBRE and Coats, but we’re now also in a position to give back by working closely with several national impacting/third sector organisations.

Our biggest challenge is also our strongest asset: our people. Smart people get bored and need to be fed more complex and exciting challenges every day. It’s hardly a bad problem to have. As a result we will continue to heavily invest in our people, searching for more business challenges to solve through smarter engineering, as we continue to be the go-to partner for cloud-first design and transformation.

We will be toasting our collective success as a team at our next company CSR event in October, as well as for the other 99 agencies that have done so well and have been recognized this year.
